Who is this Guy?
My name is Guy Grigsby. I take photos. I have done a number of other things over the years, but photography is my passion and as it turns out, I am alright at it. I’ll shoot anything. An explosion or a car crash is easy, but what about an afternoon walk through the same neighborhood you know so well? Alex Tehrani said that “Anyone can shoot chaos, but the most perceptive photographers can make compelling pictures out of uninteresting moments.” That’s what I strive for. So if you have anything uninteresting for me to shoot, I am all for it. I am not adverse to a little excitement though.
I grew up near Denver CO, but am currently wandering the world for a while to photograph what I see. I am starting by going south and then from there I am not certain. I will likely follow the weather. Currently I am in Peru. Follow my travels on Twitter. Feel free to contact me regardless of where you are because there is a chance that I will come to you. This site is my way to show my photography to the world, or at least those few in the world that visit me here. It is a compilation of my favorite photos that I have taken from around the world.
